About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team in Chennai and play a crucial role in shaping the user experience for our client's digital products. In this position, you will work closely with developers and product managers to create intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance user satisfaction and engagement.

Your primary responsibility will be to understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions. You will conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, and perform usability testing to ensure that our designs meet user expectations. Collaboration is key, so you will regularly engage with cross-functional teams to align design strategy with business objectives.

In addition to your design skills, we are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. You should be proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma, and have experience working in Agile environments.
