About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to become an integral part of our client’s dynamic team in Kochi. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing them with essential information regarding products and services while ensuring their inquiries and complaints are addressed promptly and effectively.
As a Customer Service Executive, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service that enhances customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, working to resolve issues and answer queries in a professional manner. Your ability to communicate clearly and empathetically will be key in managing customer expectations and fostering positive relationships.
Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback, which will help our client continually improve their service offerings. You will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer care and will have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements based on customer insights.
