Shapoorji Pallonji Group is hiring a seasoned Construction Project Manager for a large-scale commercial complex project in Surat. Lead project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Overall project planning, scheduling, and execution
• Budget management and cost control
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Risk assessment and mitigation strategies
• Quality assurance and safety compliance
• Team management and resource allocation
• Stakeholder communication and reporting
Requirements:
• B.Tech in Civil Engineering + MBA preferred
• 8-12 years in construction project management
• Experience with commercial/retail construction projects
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project
• PMP certification is an advantage
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills
