Tata Projects Limited is hiring Construction Supervisors for our major infrastructure development project in Surat. Ensure smooth execution of construction activities and maintain quality standards on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Daily supervision of construction site activities
• Monitor work progress and report to Project Manager
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
• Quality checks of materials and workmanship
• Maintain site records and documentation
• Resolve on-site issues promptly
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety meetings
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering
• 5-8 years of site supervision experience
• Experience in infrastructure/roads/bridge projects
• Knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Strong supervisory and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in outdoor conditions
• Good command of English, Hindi, and Gujarati
