Aparna Constructions & Estates is looking for a creative Architect to join our design team in Surat. Work on innovative residential and commercial projects, from concept to construction supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop architectural designs and drawings
• Prepare detailed working drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with structural and MEP consultants
• Site visits and construction supervision
• Client presentations and design approvals
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations
• Material selection and finishes coordination
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree
• 2-4 years of experience in architectural design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit
• Knowledge of 3ds Max, Lumion is a plus
• Strong creative and visualization skills
• Good understanding of building materials and construction
• Council of Architecture registration preferred
