Larsen & Toubro (L&T) is seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer for our upcoming residential township project in Surat. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day site activities, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with contractors and consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise construction activities and site operations
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors
• Monitor quality of materials and workmanship
• Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation
• Manage site labor and resources efficiently
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in residential construction
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project
• Strong understanding of RCC structures and finishing works
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
